is organizing a Thai Food promotion
titled Blue Elephant as an elephant
is the national emblem of Thailand and
blue the national colour.

Chef Amit Mahale and Master Chef Thomas
Lai have together created a special
menu keeping in mind both vegetarian
and non-vegetarian food connoisseurs
which has rich aromas of spices, the
astringency of lemon grass, the anise-like
pungency of Thai basil, along with choicest
wines from all parts of the world complimenting
the gastronomic creations.
The ten-day-long festival will cater
some authentic Thai cuisine for both
lunch and dinner between July 12'07
and July 22'07. The timings are 12.00
to 3.00 pm lunch and 7.00 pm to 11.30
pm dinner.
