Aura
welcomes two lady Persian chefs
Chefs Azadeh Sabouhanian and Bahreh Behnia
from Iran bring the exotic taste of Persia
to the AURA.
The two chefs have created a specific
menu which includes traditional Persian
dishes like aash-e-reshteh (thick Iranian
noodle soup with pulses and aromatic green
herbs), joojeh kebab (char-grilled chicken
skewers perfumed with saffron and pepper),
tah cheen (oven-baked rice delicacy with
chicken, eggs, yoghurt and saffron), mirza
ghasemi and bademjaan ghasemi (roasted
eggplant tossed with garlic, tomato and
eggs), sholeh zard (Persian rice pudding
with saffron, cinnamon and nuts) among
other dishes.
