The spirit of Goa is being brought alive at the Rodas for our valued customers. The refreshing cuisine from the sun `n' sand of Goa is certain to be a feast for the gourmet. Profoundly influenced by the Portuguese occupation, Goan cuisine displays a variety and robustness, which we hope to recreate in the Goan Food Festival. Our team has gone all out to revive the romantic coastal atmosphere and to encompass all the happy flavours of the Indian sunshine State.

Beginning Thursday, 22nd November 07 until Saturday 2nd December 07, Aura Restro Bar at RODAS, an Ecotel Hotel, shall be transformed into the idyllic surroundings of a Goan village. Behold folk dancers stepping up the beat and enjoy lip- smacking Konkani cuisine on a buffet specially created by Executive Chef Arindam. As you step over pearly white beach sand into the reception area our hostesses dressed in the traditional Goan costume will greet you warmly. Sipping mocktails served in tender coconut shells soak in the ambience of a throbbing Goan nightlife, replete with fishing nets put out to dry, a rustic folk dance troupe specially flown in for you and topical table appointments. Be prepared to put your hair down, because the Konkani performers shall envelop you in their gay abandon. Also a fashion show highlighting the lifestyle of Goa will be held on 28th Nov by the high profiled models. We guarantee evenings of unadulterated fun and frolic from 22nd November till 2nd December.
