Oriental Sea Food Festival

Far
East, the specialty Oriental fine dine restaurant
at Rodas Ecotel in Hiranandani Gardens, Powai
is hosting a 20-day Oriental
Sea food festival beginning Thursday
26th October. The festival will continue till November
15.
A large seafood tank has been kept at the center
of the circular restaurant. Patrons would be encouraged
to choose their seafood preference from the live
display of Lobsters, Scampi, Prawns, Crabs, Pomfret,
Rawas, Tuna & other seafood. Complimenting the
succulent preparations shall be perfectly paired
wines from all over the world.
The Chef would also help to choose the idea sauce
that goes with a particular kind of food. Guests
will have choices of Thai Curry, Schezwan , Black
Bean, Oyster Chilli, Green Garlic, White Wine, Cantonese,
Ikan Curry etc. Similarly, guests can also decide
for themselves the style of cooking they want viz.
pan-fried, wok tossed, deep fried grilled, stir
fry, steamed etc.
